About Us
Rhinestones N Rodeo — Est. 2008 | Syracuse, Kansas
Sometimes life leads us down unexpected paths—and for us, Rhinestones N Rodeo was one of those beautiful surprises.
Founded in June 2008, we’re a proud small-town, family-owned business based in Syracuse, Kansas. What began as a humble dream between three generations—myself, Cathy Reist Herrmann; my daughter, Brandee Werth; and my mom, Charlotte Reist Newman—has grown into something truly special.
My gracious mom was the heart of our early days—helping run the store, organizing pricing, running errands, offering constant support, and, most importantly, praying over our business every step of the way. Brandee took on the essential behind-the-scenes work—handling purchasing, paperwork, tech, and trade shows. My role includes a little bit of everything, but my greatest passion is creating inventory and designing one-of-a-kind pieces. I especially love working with cowhide and embossed leather.
We handcraft many of our products and also collaborate with other small business owners who supply us with quality base items that we customize with our unique touch. We're always looking for handmade, one-of-a-kind products that align with our Western-inspired style. Supporting fellow small businesses is at the heart of what we do—many of our suppliers are ranch wives, retired seniors, and creative crafters. We believe in lifting each other up because we’re all in this together.
Rhinestones N Rodeo also hits the road throughout the year, showcasing our custom-made inventory at major events like the National Western Stock Show in Denver, Rodeo Houston, Little Britches, and the National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas.
Our mission is simple: to provide outstanding customer service and high-quality, affordable products that reflect the spirit of the Western lifestyle.
From the bottom of our hearts—thank you for shopping with us and supporting our small business!
