Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping within the United States is available on the website. For a quote on shipping outside of the United States please contact us here.
Packages are shipped with USPS and UPS.
You can expect packages to ship out within 5 business days. You'll receive an email notification with a tracking number when your order ships.
If we're at a show or out of town we'll still be shipping items that we have with us. If we cannot ship your item within 5 business days we'll send you an email.
$5 Flat Rate - On orders $0.01 to $40
$7 Flat Rate - On orders $40.01 - $74.99
Free shipping for orders $75 and up.
For custom orders please allow 4 to 6 weeks for us to make and ship your order.
Return Policy:
Saddle racks and belt buckle cases cannot be returned. Any custom orders cannot be returned.
Baby clothing can be returned once for a different size of the same item. Items must be unworn and still have tags. If the item being returned is no longer in stock we will substitute an item of equal value.
**All returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase and buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Sale items and show specials are final and cannot be returned.
